The Living Skies Student Film Festival is a non-profit student-run organization at the University of Regina with a committee made up entirely of passionate film students.

Blues Boldis

Hi! My name is Blues, I’m a third year production student, and my pronouns are he/him. I love making nasty practical effects, weird lighting, and making cameras do strange things. I’m excited to see all the films this year 🎶

Dani Fink

Hello, my name is Dani Fink, pronouns she/her, and I am currently in my fourth year of film production and my second year as part of the Living Skies Student Film Festival.

My current favourite film genre is psychological horror, but I’m really interested in making documentaries.

The thing I’m most excited about again for the Living Skies Film Festival is seeing all the different types of student films that are submitted.

Luke Glass

Hi, my name is Luke (He/Him). I am a third-year film production student, and I love getting lost behind a keyboard and a camera. However, my favourite element of filmmaking is the incorporation of musical score writing. I love pushing myself to create new things with film and seeing others do the same. I cannot wait to see what new and creative works will be submitted for the Living Skies Student Film Festival this year.

Shen Olsen

Greetings! My name is Shen (she/her), and I am in my third year of film production. I love writing for the screen, capturing epic shots behind the camera, and losing track of time while editing. I’m especially excited to see all the screenings at this year’s festival and to meet everyone at the social event!

Diane Vitales

Hey! My name is Diane Vitales, she/her, and I’m in my third year of Film Production. I’ve attended the last two Living Skies Student Film Festival, and I’m happy to be a part of it for the first time this year. I like watching horror movies and romcoms (as a chaser after the horror), and I’m passionate about writing screenplays and everything in between. I can’t wait to see what kind of student films are up on the roster this year.
